Had a great time with friends! We visited Chessington World of Adventures and enjoyed the local cinema. The place has comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Do prepare your own breakfast, it's basic but serves the purpose. Location's good too, close to key spots.
The kitchen was quite messy with unwashed items left around, which wasn't ideal. It felt a bit hostel-like at times.

Consider requesting a room away from the front entrance to minimize noise from guests and the door.

convenient location but minor maintenance issues
The location is superb, just a short walk from the railway station. The size of the double room provided ample space for both of us to feel comfortable.
Some aspects of the room still show wear and tear.

I truly enjoyed the quiet, airy atmosphere of the communal areas, which were well-furnished and inviting. The easy access to the kitchen facilities allowed me to prepare my own meals comfortably, which I found quite convenient for my stay.
Could improve soundproofing for better sleep quality.

Oh, the local focaccia bread had me swooning! And the communal kitchen was a handy little gem for whipping up basic breakfast without breaking the bank. Plus, I was chuffed with the pleasant vibe in the communal areas—so well-furnished and inviting!
Now, on the flip side, the communal areas could do with a bit of a spruce-up.

the flexistay is a great choice for a quick getaway. the room was clean and had a nice shower. i loved having access to a kitchen, which made cooking breakfast easy. being next to the railway line added a bit of character, though it might be noisy at times. overall, it felt calm and private, just as i hoped.

Great room but pricing drama
Loved the decent-sized room and comfy bed! The walk-in shower was fab too, but seriously, the toilet seat was all over the place. I tried extending my stay, and the price hiked from £65 to over £110, which felt pretty sketchy. The parking was easy, though!

The communal kitchen had everything for cooking, and the fridge was stocked with breakfast options. Plus, the proximity to the train station made it easy to explore. The outside seating area at the back was a nice touch too.
